This isn't a sticky formula at all. It seems really great for calming irritated skin. When I soak a cotton pad with it and apply it, my skin feels soothed right away. I also love using it like a spray on body acne. (Though it's not quite as effective as a dedicated body acne mist) The downside is there's a slight alcohol scent. I used to struggle with irritation and rashes around my eyes. People would constantly ask if I had eczema, and honestly, it was so itchy and uncomfortable. The worst part was that whenever I applied my toner and essence, my skin would sting like crazy. I thought I was going to lose my mind! But then I tried this toner and it was absolutely gentle on my skin. I had read such amazing reviews that I decided to pick it up, and I kept waiting to finish my old products before switching over. Now I'm kicking myself for not making the change sooner. This is the only toner I'm using from now on. I honestly can't think of anything negative about it. This product is like a lifesaver for me!
