I have skin tone 22-23. This is a hydrating concealer with a formula that dry skin types will love. It's too light for full coverage on me, so I've been using it as a highlighter instead. It works beautifully for brightening my forehead and nose with a luminous glow. If you have a fair complexion, this could work wonderfully for coverage too. Personally, I found it better to apply concealer after foundation rather than before. Since this concealer is so moisturizing, when I applied foundation on top of it, the concealer would shift and move around. However, when using it over foundation, you do need to apply it very gently and carefully. It worked fine whether I applied it with my fingers or with a brush. It doesn't have as much coverage as a matte concealer.
