The compact case is absolutely gorgeous. Plus, I got a complimentary brush through the Curly promotion. I have warm undertones, but the shimmer in the bottom shade is way too light and just doesn't match my skin tone at all. What I love about Dear Dahlia is that they offer so many soft pastel shades, and their pearl finishes come in such gorgeous colors. True to form, about half of this collection features that beautiful pearl effect. When I went to swatch the shades, I was disappointed to find there's no true skin tone option in the lineup. While the color coordination within the same tone family is really well done, the absence of a neutral nude shade is definitely a missed opportunity.

Every single shade is worth keeping. They're perfect for fall, the shimmer is gorgeous, and I love that there's even a color for creating softer eyeliner looks. Plus, the main shade isn't as yellow as I expected. I have deep undertones, and this palette works beautifully for my skin tone. 1. The price is a bit disappointing - the palette is smaller than I anticipated.
