It's not sticky at all and absorbs beautifully into the skin. My hands tend to be on the dry side, but this leaves them feeling hydrated and it smells wonderful. You can use it on both your hands and feet. The price is so affordable that I'm definitely stocking up on more. I honestly can't think of any downsides so far.
