The best part is the perfect size for travel! I tried retinol products from Doctor Different first and loved them so much that I searched for a more affordable option and decided to give this a shot. I'm really happy with the value for money. It applies smoothly and creamily with great spreadability. After using retinol or retinal products, I usually notice my skin feels dry the next morning, but with this one, my skin actually looks more refined and hydrated. This product gives me that same wonderful feeling. I'm impressed. Highly recommend! Honestly, I don't have any complaints. For this price point, the product performance is excellent. When I use this together with panthenol products, my skin feels even more soothed and comfortable. It's such a nice combination!

The price and ingredients seemed reasonable, so I felt confident purchasing it. But a few days after using it, I started experiencing some irritation, so I took breaks in between and applied PDRN and Avène repair cream to soothe my skin. After a few more days though, my face started peeling everywhere. I know people say to push through this phase, but I'm honestly not sure if I should keep using it or stop completely. Since I already bought it, I don't want to waste it, so I'm planning to use it sparingly, but I'm really unsure what the right move is. If you work in an office or meet a lot of people, you might want to be careful with this. Your face can end up looking really flaky and irritated, like you have a serious skin condition. Plus, there's definitely irritation. My skin is extremely sensitive and prone to oiliness, with frequent blackheads and whiteheads. I tend to get heat on my face easily, and if a product doesn't work for me, I break out right away on my chin. Ingredients that didn't work when I used them repeatedly: glyceryl acrylate, epigallocatechin gallate, C13-16 isoparaffin, C12-14 isoparaffin, caprylic methicone, dimethicone, dipotassium glycyrrhizate, acrylate, limonene, linalool, hydrogenated polydecene, fermented ingredients. Ingredients that work well for me: houttuynia cordata, tea tree, plant extracts, hyaluronic acid. Cica didn't really help calm my skin. Ingredients I'm currently avoiding: PEG-10 and PEG-20, decyl glucoside, sodium cocoyl isethionate, sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, potassium cocoyl glycinate, alcohols, limonene, linalool, citric acid. This is my first time using retinal, and I'm so impressed with how well it works for my skin. I apply it as the final step after my basic nighttime routine, and when I wake up the next morning, my face feels incredibly soft with a beautiful luminous glow instead of that greasy shine. Those stubborn little bumpy breakouts have completely disappeared. I wish I'd started with retinol sooner! I don't have any complaints. The price is affordable, and it works so well for my skin that I plan to keep using it regularly. If you apply too much, your face will get white and flaky, so you really need to control the amount! This is truly my holy grail product. My nighttime skincare routine ends with this. Nothing really to complain about. I love mixing it with my cicica cream and applying it together. I had some texture and unevenness on the bridge of my nose, but it's completely smoothed out now. My pores also seem noticeably tighter and more refined. Since my skin tends to be on the thicker side, I didn't experience any irritation, but honestly, I'm not seeing results that are quite as dramatic as I'd hoped. I'm thinking about switching to the 1000ppm version to see if that makes a bigger difference.
