I have combination skin, and this is a straightforward hydrating sheet mask that works well overall. It didn't irritate my skin when I used it, and the sheet adhered really nicely to my face. Even after I removed it and applied my cream, my skin felt moisturized without any dryness. I'd definitely repurchase this during Olive Young's sales. Shipping was super fast and the expiration date is plenty far out. The value for money is amazing and it feels so hydrating! This gel mask feels incredibly thin and lightweight, but don't let that fool you—it delivers a rich, concentrated essence that feels substantial and nourishing. There's so much serum packed in that I transfer it to an empty container for easy application. I wouldn't recommend using it in the morning if you're trying to calm heat and redness, but it's absolutely perfect for nighttime hydration sessions. When I use it occasionally before bed, it really locks in moisture beautifully. I really appreciated how generous the product amount was - this rich, gel-type ampoule had so much product that I could apply it all over my body and still have plenty left over. The fragrance in this formula is quite strong. It has that harsh, cheap cosmetics smell that I didn't enjoy using at all. The next morning, I woke up with contact dermatitis on both cheeks, and I suspect the fragrance was the culprit. You can see the irritation clearly on my left and right cheeks in order. Apparently fragrance can trigger contact dermatitis, and I found other reviews mentioning they also developed contact dermatitis after using this mask. I wouldn't recommend this for sensitive skin types like mine - I'm going back to my Aesop mask. The texture is also a bit sticky.

This essence mask is packed with concentrated serum, and after application, it absorbs beautifully into the skin without leaving any sticky residue. When I apply the cream thinly, my skin has a gorgeous luminous glow. I don't really have any complaints. I tried it out, and compared to other sheet masks, this one is incredibly hydrating with so much essence soaked into it. It really felt like I was getting a proper mask treatment! The amount of serum was seriously generous. Plus, it doesn't leave any sticky residue on the skin. I honestly can't find anything to complain about. There were no irritation issues or sticky feeling whatsoever.
