I discovered it was available for direct import on Coupang, so I didn't hesitate and purchased it right away. Personally, I absolutely love the scent—that sharp tea tree and lavender combination is perfect for me. It's so calming and uplifting. When I get small breakouts, I dab a tiny amount on with a cotton swab. After using it for about a week, I noticed the blemishes really did calm down. I was so relieved! Right now, I'm dealing with a persistent skin condition that's been troubling me for a while. My dermatologist's treatments haven't been working, so I'm trying this product as a last resort—though I wouldn't recommend others do the same without professional guidance. It hasn't delivered dramatic results, but it does help settle the skin and reduce flaking, which has been stabilizing for me. I keep hearing that it's an immunity issue, and since my dermatologist has run out of options, I'm really hoping the tea tree ingredient will make a difference. Overall, I'm incredibly satisfied with everything—the texture, the scent, the hydration. It all works beautifully for me. If I had to point out one drawback, it's that this is an imported product and it's not officially distributed in my country. I might have just missed it, but it seems direct import is the only way to purchase it. I went through Coupang's direct import service. Since I have a Coupang membership, I've been using it, and as of April 2021, they were offering free shipping on international direct purchases. Thank goodness for Coupang! Here's something important to know about usage rather than a tip: With products like this, you might be tempted to scoop it out with your fingers, but that's not hygienic and it compromises the product's integrity. I'd strongly recommend using a clean cotton swab or spatula to dispense only what you need. This keeps everything sanitary and helps your product last longer.

I started breaking out with acne and blemishes like never before, possibly from wearing masks, so I decided to try this. I was curious if the tea tree and lavender would help with acne since they have antibacterial properties, and since my skin gets flaky every winter, I appreciated that this contains jojoba oil. I wanted to try a multi-purpose product. It's a balm with a light beige color that looks like Vaseline. Even a tiny amount spreads beautifully across my entire face. When I mix just a rice grain-sized amount into my moisturizing cream, it becomes super shiny. Because the product is quite glossy, I recommend using only a minimal amount when going out, or applying it only to areas that are particularly dry. I haven't noticed a significant reduction in acne or blemishes, but the hydration is definitely there, so my dryness has improved. It does get quite shiny and greasy. Even though it's tea tree, it feels heavy for oily skin types. Personally, I'm not a fan of the tea tree scent. Mix a rice grain-sized amount into your cream and apply it. (About the amount shown in the photo) You can also gently press it in at the end of your skincare routine like you would a face oil. Tip: Don't rub it between your palms and press it onto your face. Instead, use your ring, middle, and index fingers on both hands to gently rub and tap it in with a dabbing motion! (Like in the photo) Since your hands get dry from frequent washing, apply this when your skin needs extra moisture.
