The main issue is that the mask is really hard to peel open, especially when I'm in a rush. Please make it easier to separate! Star-rated it needs longer contact time than the instructions suggest for full effectiveness The instructions say to leave it on for only 10-20 minutes, but if you follow that timing, the sheet doesn't absorb even a third of the essence it holds. When I touch it with my fingers, the liquid drips off—such a waste. Next time, I decided to ignore the osmosis talk and left it on for a full hour. The sheet never dried out. Especially the lower layer holds so much essence that if I could sleep with it on, I honestly would.
