The application is smooth and easy to use. However, the color payoff and staying power could be better. Since I prefer a more natural makeup look, this worked well for me. As for repurchasing, I'm still thinking it over. The staying power and color intensity didn't work for me. I discovered this product while searching for a gentle lip tint balm because I was dealing with chapped lips! I've been using it for about a month now, and my lips feel so comfortable and the color payoff is just right. It's honestly become my go-to product lately. I love how the color looks so natural - not bare-faced, but not overdone either. It has this lovely soft red tone to it. Even though it's called a color lip balm, it's not actually a tint formula, so it doesn't stain much, but it also doesn't flake off messily when it fades. This is definitely my favorite lip product from my recent purchases. The formula is quite soft, so it applies a bit loosely, and if you extend it too far out of the tube, it's tricky to push it back in without breaking it. You really need to dispense just the right amount each time you use it. If you buy it at duty-free, you can get it at a better price!

It keeps my lips so nourished that my dry patches have basically disappeared. I was honestly shocked to find a lip balm with actual color payoff - that's a first for me! I should mention that I don't really participate online much. There's this whole internet culture where people who don't do makeup get labeled pretty harshly, so I've mostly stayed away from those spaces. I didn't really engage online from 2008 onwards, but I started watching YouTube videos on my laptop back in 2020. That's actually where I learned about most of my skincare and makeup products. From what I've seen, a lot of color cosmetics content seems to be either cosplay or special effects makeup. The whole color makeup world with its focus on undertones and skin tone matching just doesn't feel like my thing, so I don't really connect with that side of beauty. I also skip TikTok videos because they just don't resonate with me. I've bought a lot of products based on internet ads and ended up regretting most of them, so now I'm pretty cautious about purchasing color cosmetics from online advertising. The color is absolutely stunning! My brother actually prefers the pure red over the rare coral shade. The downside is the staying power. Since it's a tinted lip balm, I can't really expect it to last very long throughout the day. I think a full lip coverage works better than a gradient effect for this product.
