I saw someone using this on Just Makeup and decided to grab it right away... Bottom line: it's pretty decent. The best thing about it is that it barely transfers at all (though not completely zero). In winter, when I wear a black puffer jacket, my tone-up cream usually rubs off on my neck and it drives me crazy. But with this one, after letting it set properly and even rubbing my black jacket against it, I could definitely see way less transfer. I've tried a ton of tone-up creams since I'm always switching things up, and this one transferred the least! The brand says if you rinse it with water once, it transfers even less, but honestly I'm too lazy to do that haha First of all, if you already have naturally fair skin, the tone-up effect isn't that impressive. I tried it on my neck too and the brightening was super subtle. You'd need to apply it multiple times to actually see a noticeable tone-up effect. In photos, it might not look that different from It's Skin products, but in real life, It's Skin is definitely brighter! Tone-up effectiveness ranking: Cosnoori > It's Skin > Dodo Label. Also, it's way too expensive. You have to apply it multiple times, and at this price point... multiple times??? The brand doesn't seem to have sales that often either. For a tone-up cream, this price feels like a waste of money to me, honestly. I'm planning to only use this when I wear black clothes and switch to something else for other outfits! Also, the brand says that anything not bought from their official website is counterfeit. Even Coupang sells fakes! So don't get tempted by cheaper prices.
