I received this product through a survey event. When I take it about an hour before bed, I do notice it helps me fall asleep more easily. Since it's in gel form, I have to brush my teeth again afterward, which is a bit inconvenient. I'd already brushed after dinner, and my husband was concerned about having to brush again just because of the gel format. I think a tablet form would be more practical! Take one hour before bedtime!
