After taking this consistently for a few months, I really noticed the discomfort decreased. What I loved about this product is that it comes in single sachets, unlike other brands that require you to take two packets at once. There's nothing major to complain about, but the price is a bit steep. If you're not a fan of powder supplements, this might not be the right fit for you.

I've tried so many products where you either pay more for less or have to take two packets a day to get results, but this one delivers a substantial dose without any of that hassle. I wasn't a fan that it's not in pill form. The taste lingers in my mouth, which bothers me, and having to brush my teeth again after taking it is annoying.
