I've tried several probiotic products, and this one offers great value for the price while causing fewer side effects. I wish the product description in physical stores was clearer, and I'm disappointed that refrigerated shipping isn't available as an option.

The zinc and supporting ingredients seemed solid for immune support, so I didn't hesitate to purchase. Honestly, when I took this alone, I didn't notice much difference. But when I combined it with my probiotic supplement, the results were noticeably better. After taking it for about six months, I'm planning to take a break and then start again. The combination really seems to make a difference. It does cause quite a bit of gas. In other words, you'll experience more bloating and digestive discomfort. It can be inconvenient when you're out and about. Denps Prebiotics Immune I've been consistently taking Denps probiotic products and lutein supplements with great results, so I trusted the brand enough to purchase this. I was looking for a prebiotic to pair with my Denps probiotics, and since it's from the same brand, I thought it might work even better together. Plus, ordering everything at once seemed convenient. What I really appreciate is that it contains the recommended amount of fructooligosaccharides and 8.5mg of zinc, which covers 100 percent of the daily recommended value. I can't really say it's made a noticeable difference compared to other prebiotics I've tried. The results feel pretty similar, honestly. I'm not sure why it's priced so high either. I tried this product because it contains the recommended daily amount of 3000mg of prebiotics, which act as food for beneficial bacteria. When I take it together with probiotics, I really notice a great synergistic effect.
