I love how convenient these individual packets are to take on the go. While it's not a complete multivitamin, I appreciate that I can get all the essential nutrients I need in one simple dose. This supplement contains all the essential nutrients women need, and I love that it comes in convenient individual packets that are so easy to open. I love that these come individually packaged so I can use one at a time. They're super convenient to carry around too, and the price point makes them perfect for gifting to friends! The only downside is that they're a bit pricey, like most products these days. It works out to almost a thousand won per day...

Each packet is individually wrapped, making it hygienic and convenient. With 4 capsules per packet, I love that I can get multiple vitamins all at once. After taking it, you might be surprised by the unusual color that appears later. Some of the pills are quite large, which makes them a bit uncomfortable to swallow, and I often felt bloated or experienced digestive discomfort after taking them.
