I ordered this along with some probiotics and loved how it comes in individual packets. They're so convenient to take with me when I travel or go out - I can easily toss them in my bag and enjoy them whenever I want. There's not much to complain about, but I do wish the price was a bit more affordable.

I tried it myself and the tablets are really small, so swallowing multiple at once is no problem at all. The individual packaging keeps everything hygienic and makes it super portable too. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who's always on the go! Since this formula includes lutein, it does lack some other vitamins that you might be looking for. If you feel like you need additional minerals or specific nutrients for your personal health needs, you'll want to supplement with those separately.
