I have skin tone 24-25, but it runs quite light, so I'd recommend it more for those with skin tone 22 or lighter! It applies with a dewy feel at first, then sets to a soft, powdery finish. Since I have dry skin, I did notice some patchiness and texture showing through. If you have combination or oily skin, you'll probably love this even more. The coverage is pretty limited for deeper blemishes, but it does handle redness reasonably well, and the color correction sits beautifully in a bright beige shade. Skip using your fingers and tap it on with a sponge instead for a much cleaner, more polished look. It doesn't cover acne, blemishes, or hyperpigmentation at all, and if you have dry skin like me, it gets pretty patchy as the day goes on! I think it has pore-minimizing ingredients because I don't see any pore visibility at all. The color is so radiant and fresh, making it perfect for everyday wear. For the price, the quantity is quite small and the product feels a bit compact. It tends to trigger small, stubborn breakouts on my skin.
