My skin is oily and dehydrated with concerns about pores and texture. I have some acne scars and redness, but I prefer lighter coverage that looks natural rather than full coverage. To be honest, this product isn't the easiest solution for skin worried about pores and flaking. Despite the "glow" name, it finishes with a semi-matte appearance without any shine, even without powder. The ink-like formula stamps on smoothly, but it's difficult to fill and cover larger pores by pressing it in, which was disappointing. It applies thinly and feels airy with good adhesion, so there's minimal flaking. However, on days when my skin gets flaky, those areas tend to show through, and I noticed creasing in my smile lines. During hot summers when my skin gets oily, the product breaks down in the afternoon from sweat and oil, leaving white residue on my T-zone and around my nose that highlights every single pore. While some might say the coverage is light, I prefer a natural, sheer finish that evens out my uneven redness without heavy buildup, and this product delivers that beautifully. It doesn't hide blemishes, but it does provide decent redness correction. I loved that even with multiple applications, it never looks thick or cakey. The shade is a gorgeous ivory tone without any yellow or pink undertones, which was absolutely perfect. When it breaks down, the pores and oil become really obvious and messy. The white residue sitting in each pore was honestly shocking. The product disappears from most areas while leaving behind residue only in the pores and oily spots, making the oily buildup stand out even more. The stamp-like formula is like powder mixed with water, making touch-ups extremely difficult for textured skin with flaking and fine hairs. Applying more on top makes it look matte and emphasizes the texture and pores even more. The included puff quality is poor. I'd recommend replacing it with a different puff. If you have smooth skin without texture concerns like pores and don't struggle with flaking, this product would be a great match for you! Out of all the cushions I've tried, the coverage is absolutely fantastic! It does a great job of concealing blemishes and imperfections without any patchiness. The shade runs a bit lighter than other cushions though, so I'd recommend going one shade darker than your usual match. I'm normally a shade 22, but this cushion sits too light on my skin, so I only apply it to my cheekbones. For reference, I'd say it works better as a shade 19 on me. It does feel a bit heavy and suffocating on the skin. Since I have oily skin, it tends to look slightly shiny, and the velvet finish doesn't help with that.
