The application is super simple—just rub it directly onto your hair. Everything about it is exactly what I wanted. I'd definitely repurchase this product if I get the chance. If you store it for too long, the scent and color can change, so it's better to buy it fresh and use it right away. Other than that, I'm really happy with it. If your scalp has become so sensitive that shampooing causes discomfort, I'd really recommend trying a shampoo bar... your scalp genuinely feels less irritated. This cleanser creates a rich lather and works wonderfully when paired with a treatment bar or conditioner bar. While using it alone can sometimes leave hair feeling a bit dry, I've been combining it with these complementary products for years now and have noticed a real improvement in my hair's texture and shine. What I love most is that one bar lasts such a long time, and there's zero plastic waste involved. It's genuinely fantastic for both my hair and the environment. Since this is a solid bar cleanser, I do notice that as you get toward the end of the bar, the lather doesn't come as easily and the cleansing power feels a bit weaker. That said, if you pop the remaining bits into a mesh pouch, you'll get a great lather again and can use every last bit. I'd also love to see a travel-sized version available so I can bring it along on trips without taking up too much space. The amount is generous, so it lasts a really long time, and I love that it doesn't break down or crumble easily. If you have an oily scalp, this leaves a greasy feeling. I tried a shampoo bar for the first time and I'm really impressed with how great it is. I'm so satisfied with it! Since it was my first time using it, I was a bit disappointed that it wore down quickly.

After using this product, my hair texture felt noticeably smoother and more refined compared to when I use regular shampoo. I really appreciated how my hair felt less greasy. I couldn't tell if it was dandruff or flaking, but it was happening so much that I've tried practically every anti-dandruff shampoo out there—and honestly, they were all disappointing. I finally found one that actually works for me about ten years ago and I've stuck with it ever since. But then I randomly tried Donggu Bat shampoo bar, and wow, it's amazing! I love that it's from a brand that really cares about the environment too! I honestly can't think of anything I was disappointed about with this product! A shampoo done right with ingredients from nature. It works beautifully for every scalp type. I absolutely love that it comes without plastic packaging. This is my review after using up an entire shampoo bar. What I loved: This shampoo bar is really gentle on my scalp—no irritation at all.
