I'm drawn to salt-based products and always grab them first when I spot them. Among the brands I've tried, the salt and sulfur soap was my absolute favorite. When salt is included, it gives such a satisfying, invigorating cleanse with that gentle gritty texture. It seems like you're meant to rub it on directly as a scrub, but honestly, the grain particles aren't very noticeable and it doesn't feel strong enough. I've used a coffee-based scrub soap before where the grounds were concentrated on one side, and I expected this to have similar exfoliating power. Since I bought it specifically for the salt, I'm not terribly disappointed, but I'm not sure the scrub function is really delivering. For a body soap, the cleansing strength isn't particularly intense either. That said, it actually works nicely as a gentle, refreshing shower soap—nothing to complain about in that regard. Here's a budget-friendly tip for drying soap: place it on top of a water bottle cap. It costs nothing and works better than anything else I've tried.

This product is the perfect solution—it gives me the gentle exfoliation I've been looking for without any of those drawbacks. Be careful because the floor becomes very slippery after use.
