I tried this hand wash for the first time and I'm really impressed! The fragrance is lovely and the cleansing power works exactly as I hoped. I honestly can't think of any downsides. The scent is absolutely lovely - it has that classic Dove fragrance I adore! What I really appreciate is that my hands don't feel dry after washing, which is such a relief. This is my absolute favorite hand wash. I used to really dislike powdery musk scents, but after trying Dove hand wash by chance, I became completely obsessed with this fragrance. Now I find myself specifically seeking out products with this same scent. Honestly, I'd love to match all my scented products at home—shampoo, body wash, everything—to this fragrance. I'm planning to gradually switch everything over once I finish what I'm currently using. Beyond the scent, the hand wash itself works wonderfully too. My hands feel so soft and moisturized after washing, and I'm really happy with how it performs. I don't usually buy hand wash from online retailers unless it's cheaper than what I'd find at discount stores, but this product is so good that I keep repurchasing it. First of all, the scent is absolutely wonderful! I used to only use hand cream, but at work I have to wash my hands frequently throughout the day. Using just soap was leaving my hands feeling irritated and uncomfortable, but since I switched to Dove hand wash, that problem has completely disappeared. I absolutely love the Dove signature scent! I was so impressed when I tried it at work that I rushed out and bought it to use at home. I can't live without this! The scent is absolutely wonderful! It has that classic Dove soap smell that instantly brings back memories. The foam dispenser makes it so convenient to use, and the lather is incredibly soft and luxurious. The moisturizing power is fantastic! I haven't been using it long enough to notice any real drawbacks. As a devoted Dove fan, I absolutely love the fragrance, and my hands feel so much less dry after washing that I don't even need to apply hand cream afterward?!? I only use this one now,, Plus, the refill price is amazing, so I don't think I'll ever switch to anything else No downsides at all, I love it so much,, If you're on the fence about which hand wash to try, I seriously recommend giving this one a shot I also use the pink version, but the original formula leaves my hands feeling more moisturized

There's nothing to complain about! The price is so affordable that I keep stocking up on it.
