When the water mixes with the shampoo formula, it creates this wonderfully rich, creamy lather that makes it so easy to massage my scalp and hair strands thoroughly. The shampoo delivers such a gentle cleansing experience overall that I find myself reaching for it every time I wash my hair! To be honest, the fragrance just isn't my personal preference. That's the one thing I wish were different.
