I absolutely love the cooling sensation! It's such a trustworthy product that the whole family can enjoy using together. It has a refreshing cooling sensation. I'm experiencing less hair loss. One pump dispenses plenty of lather. No irritation or breakouts. * Compared to Head & Shoulders Menthol, this one feels more invigorating with a noticeably cooling effect! Head & Shoulders made my hair feel greasy pretty quickly, but this one keeps my scalp fresher longer, which I really appreciate. The only trade-off is the price and quantity differ by about double, so if you're looking for the best value, Head & Shoulders wins. But if you want that extra cooling sensation, I'd definitely recommend this product instead. One pump releases quite a bit of product, so if you have shorter hair, you might find it tricky to use just the right amount. There's not much to complain about, but since it contains fragrance, I avoided using it during my pregnancy. I was losing a lot of hair, so I switched to this shampoo. Since then, the amount of hair fall has noticeably decreased, and my hair texture has improved so much that I keep buying it in bulk! It's a bit pricey, I'll admit. The cleansing power is excellent, it creates a rich lather, and it feels incredibly refreshing during the summer months I've been using this for a long time and honestly, there's nothing I'd change about it
