I can't speak to the results, but it definitely tasted good. The only thing is, after using it for a while, it started to feel a bit stiff and dry. Honestly, there were no results whatsoever. I received this as a birthday gift and tried it out. I really appreciated how convenient it is to get my vitamins in gummy form, and while it's supposed to taste like peach, I have to say the lemon flavor comes through quite a bit more. Since these are gummies, I think people with sensitive teeth might find them a bit challenging to chew and enjoy.
