It tastes amazing! Consistency is really key when it comes to taking vitamins, and since these taste so good, I actually remember to take them every day. I don't really have any complaints. I can't speak to the results, but it definitely tasted good. The only thing is, after using it for a while, it started to feel a bit stiff and dry. Honestly, there were no results whatsoever. I found it difficult to take pills regularly, so I switched to the gummy version instead. They taste great and are so convenient to take - I'm really happy with this choice! I received this as a birthday gift and tried it out. I really appreciated how convenient it is to get my vitamins in gummy form, and while it's supposed to taste like peach, I have to say the lemon flavor comes through quite a bit more. Since these are gummies, I think people with sensitive teeth might find them a bit challenging to chew and enjoy.

I bought this after reading positive reviews about how tasty it is. Taking pills felt more tedious than I expected, and I'd often forget to take them, but treating these like a snack helps me remember to take them consistently. They have a peach flavor and they taste great. It's honestly just like eating regular gummies. I'm supposed to take three a day, but I've definitely had more than that before. I was disappointed that the vitamin D content is lower than I expected. I'm not sure if it's actually effective.
