Spray it on and blow dry for an amazing cooling effect that's perfect for summer! The spray dispenser works great too. I've tried lots of products, but this one didn't cause any new baby hairs or regrowth like some others claim. I have an oily scalp that gets greasy quickly and tends to feel hot, but this product cools things down instantly. Since it has a water-based formula, it doesn't leave that heavy, oily residue even after spraying. If it gets on my face or the back of my neck, it feels irritating and uncomfortable.

I was worried about significant hair shedding, so I tried this product consistently since it's supposed to help with hair loss symptoms. To be honest, the amount of hair falling out hasn't really changed, so I'm not sure if it actually helps with hair loss. That said, I'm satisfied with it for the cooling effect and how it's improved my scalp condition. Wait about 10 seconds after spraying it on. The cooling effect is so refreshing, and it's definitely a great product for summer use. I combine it with a scalp massage, and the cooling sensation is absolutely doubled!
