This is so convenient for covering gray roots! I just leave it on and wash it out, and the color comes out beautifully every time. If you're tired of constantly visiting the salon for touch-ups, this is definitely going to be a lifesaver for you. The color is quite intense, so it can stain your nails. I'm really disappointed with the formula quality - that's honestly my biggest letdown with this product.

First off, I love the lightweight formula. It creates such rich, abundant lather that feels incredibly soft. The shampoo itself has a reddish-brown color. With that luxurious foam and gentle feel comes excellent cleansing power too. As someone with extremely oily scalp, this works perfectly for me. It does an amazing job removing excess oil, but my hair doesn't feel stiff or dry after shampooing, which is fantastic. The gentle formula actually seems to bring back volume at my roots and crown area. The scent is lovely, and the soft fragrance lingers pleasantly without being overpowering. I don't think it's a divisive scent at all! Now for the most important part—the gray hair coverage effect! I was honestly skeptical, but after using it for over a week, I can see real results. My white gray hairs have taken on a subtle yellowish-brown tone! Since the brand recommends using it for two weeks to see fuller effects, I'm planning to keep using it consistently. Even now, I can visibly see my gray hairs gradually getting covered, which is really satisfying. I'm not sure yet about the hair loss reduction benefits, but I trust the Doctor Groot brand and want to keep trying it. Most importantly, it's gentle and non-irritating. I haven't experienced any scalp bumps, and while it doesn't specifically treat dandruff or flaking, it hasn't made things worse either, which I appreciate. I have to admit the price is steep, so I probably won't be able to buy it frequently, which is a bit disappointing. That said, I used to spend so much time and effort coloring my gray roots every month or two, so being able to cover them conveniently with just a shampoo makes it totally worth it. No regrets! Just a heads up: if you leave this on your nails, hands, or bathroom floor for too long, staining will definitely happen, so be careful. I'm being extra cautious when I use it!
