I decided to take a chance based on the advertisement, and I'm so glad I did! First of all, the itching stops right away. During the time I've been using it, I haven't had any breakouts at all. I had high expectations since it's made by LG Life Sciences, and it was nice. The best part? Honestly, I'm not entirely sure what stood out. Even after visiting dermatologists multiple times, the results were only temporary. Most importantly, finding the right hair care products has been incredibly challenging. My scalp is sensitive and seborrheic, so anything that isn't gentle causes redness and irritation right away. Hair Condition After shampooing and conditioning, my hair gets extremely dry. I'm talking about pumping hair oil about ten times to apply it properly. My hair is severely parched. Formulation The texture is clear with a slightly flowing consistency and low viscosity. Application The lather dies down quickly, which usually makes me add more shampoo. But this one creates rich, bouncy foam that lasts, so I can massage my scalp thoroughly with plenty of lather. I'm really satisfied with this. Cleansing Power and Finish The rinse-off is excellent. My scalp and hair don't feel slippery afterward, and everything rinses away with a fresh, clean feeling. Condition and Results After Use Since my scalp is oily, the timing of when sebum returns is important to me. This shampoo cleanses so effectively that after shampooing at night, I don't need to wash again the next morning, and my hair stays fresh and fluffy. It's become my go-to shampoo. Usually, seborrheic shampoos make my hair feel stiff and rigid, but this one doesn't leave that unpleasant feeling. Irritation Level No irritation, redness, or breakouts, so I use it with complete peace of mind. This cleanser has impressive cleansing power. It seems like a great choice for oily and combination scalp types. My hair doesn't itch the next day. For dry and combination scalp types, it stays fresh for up to 36 hours. I have a dry and combination scalp type, and back in middle school, I could go 4 or 5 days without washing my hair without any odor. My scalp used to produce so much oil that it smelled like shampoo, but now I have no idea where those oil glands went. My entire body is like this too. When it's dry, I experience itchy, dry scalp. I tested it by washing once on the morning of day 1 and again in the evening of day 2, and so on. I was too lazy to continue the experiment. Basically, I wash my hair every evening. Even though my scalp is dry, I don't have dandruff. When I take photos of my scalp, it looks red and inflamed. My scalp feels warm. I have thick, voluminous hair that tends to be frizzy. A dermatologist diagnosed me with seborrheic scalp condition. Me: "But why am I experiencing this if my scalp is dry?" Doctor: "Because your scalp is dry, it's producing more of these unwanted issues." Me: "Oh, I see." My hair becomes extremely stiff and rigid. Even with conditioner and rinse treatments, it's unmanageable, and I'm even using professional salon treatments. When I blow-dry and brush through my hair, it becomes so stiff it feels like a broom. The tangling is severe. Even when I apply lots of hair essence, by the next day it's stiff again. I'm not sure if this is because my hair is dry or if other people experience this too. The lather doesn't form well, so I end up using a foaming net to create bubbles and apply it that way. When I use the Daiso Linoia cream pack essence (pink tube) like a rinse, my hair becomes a bit softer. However, by the next day, it becomes rough again. Pros and cons: the price point is unclear. My regular shampoo costs about 1,296 won per 10ml, so a 900-won-per-10ml option seems reasonable. But honestly, even the 900-won option isn't that cheap, so it's hard to say if it's worth it. Plus, if you don't use enough water, the lather won't form and you'll waste product.
