This is my absolute favorite shampoo. I've tried many Doctor G Root shampoos over the years, but this one really delivers. I bought this product because my husband and son were experiencing significant hair loss and their hair was becoming thin and limp. The scent is pleasant and neutral, and it works well for everyone in the family. I've noticed their hair feels a bit stronger and more resilient now, so we're continuing to use it regularly. There's nothing disappointing about it. Nothing at all.

For someone in their 20s with a scalp that's neither oily nor dry, this is perfect! It gives just the right amount of refreshing cleanse while keeping things soft and comfortable. I absolutely love the forest-like scent it has. I didn't personally notice a cooling sensation, but my roommate swears by it! Honestly, there's nothing to complain about.
