Honestly, if you know about Dr. Jart+ products, you already know they're genuinely amazing. Back in my twenties, I had extremely dry skin that would crack and flake no matter what I applied. These products made such a huge difference that I ended up buying dozens of the same item. I used it for years, but when the price went up, I felt the pinch and switched to something else. Then I hit my thirties and my skin type changed a bit, so I tried other products. Recently though, my skin became incredibly parched and I started breaking out in acne like never before, which wouldn't heal properly even after extraction. My skin barrier seemed completely compromised. I struggled with this for months until I saw an amazing discount on this product recently. I thought, "You know what, I trust you, I know you're good," and bought it. After applying it once and sleeping, I woke up to find my usually dull, tight face actually had moisture clinging to it for the first time. After three days of use, all those acne scars and the inflammatory breakouts that were about to surface completely disappeared. I'm definitely going back to this, even if it costs more. I've tried Atobarrier, Intrinsic, and Zeroid barrier creams from dermatologists, but this one is the absolute best for restoring skin barrier health. I remember it used to spread so smoothly and finish with a nice glow, which I really loved. But now it feels a bit thicker, so I find myself using more product than before. Please offer discounts more often! If you have dry skin or eczema, if your skin is dry but keeps breaking out in trouble spots, or if you have sensitive thin skin, definitely give this a try. If you feel it's a bit too rich, after cleansing, layer a hydrating essence or a lightweight water-based product underneath and apply this thinly for better results. Since acne also comes from a compromised skin barrier, this should help unless you're someone with typically oily skin or severe acne with lots of inflammatory breakouts and pus. Other emulsions and creams leave my skin feeling tight and dry after they absorb, but this product doesn't do that at all This product honestly has no downsides. It's just perfect, seriously

This moisturizer is incredibly hydrating. Apply it before bed and wake up to skin that feels dewy and plump. This product is way too oily. It needs time to dry at night, and if you apply it in the morning, your makeup won't set properly and just slides right off.

Yes, it's pricey, but it's totally worth it because it absorbs beautifully without leaving that sticky residue, and my hands feel so soft and hydrated. It's not like it's the absolute best thing ever, and I probably won't repurchase, but I'm genuinely happy with this one! The price is way too high, honestly.
