The only downside is that the price point is a bit steep for my budget. I apply it in two thin layers. I've been using 1% retinol for a long time and noticed my skin was getting irritated, so I decided to try bakuchiol instead since it offers similar benefits but is much gentler. The product has a light purple color and comes in a lightweight cream formula. The absorption is really impressive, and when I applied it to my dry skin, it felt incredibly hydrating and nourished. While it's fragrance-free, there's a subtle hint of ingredient scent that comes through. Plus, the price point is quite steep for what you're getting.
