What I can say is that the packaging looks absolutely beautiful! I think it would make a wonderful gift. I have to be honest, I had a really bad experience with omega-3 supplements before because of the strong fishy taste, so I was pretty hesitant about trying another one. This one doesn't have that overwhelming flavor, which is amazing, though I'll admit omega-3 supplements do have their limitations when it comes to taste. The thing is, regular omega-3 supplements are usually huge and hard to swallow, but these go down so smoothly! I think it's because they're elongated and have a coating that makes them easier to take. With the warm weather lately, these seem to get a bit soft even when stored at room temperature. I'm not sure what the best way to store them is...
