I was searching everywhere for omega-3 supplements for pregnancy, and I finally settled on Doctor Linn VR TG Omega-3. I felt reassured knowing it comes from plant-based microalgae, and the algae oil being sourced from Germany gave me extra confidence. Even though it's a smaller amount, the fact that it also contains vitamin D and vitamin E makes me feel like it's really supporting my health. Since it's omega-3, there is definitely that ocean oil smell that comes with it. You can notice it slightly from the capsule itself, and if you burp after taking it, you get a little bit of that taste coming back up. It's not worse than other products out there, but I have to admit it's a bit disappointing. I was drawn to this product and decided to buy it together with a regular omega supplement. It's pricey, but I trust the quality, so it's worth it. It seems to be about 1cm in size. It's a bit too large for me, which makes it uncomfortable to swallow.

It didn't have that fishy taste I was worried about, which made it really easy and pleasant to take The price is quite steep. After taking it, putting in my contact lenses felt so much more comfortable. My digestion improved, my eyes feel more relaxed, and best of all, my digestive regularity has gotten so much better! The price is a bit steep, and the pills are quite large, so they're not the easiest to take. I really love that this isn't just any plant-based option—it's made from microalgae, so it's gentle on my stomach and easy to take. Plus, since it's algae-based omega-3, my body absorbs it so much better than regular supplements. It's such an easy product to stick with day after day, so honestly, I can't think of anything I'd change about it.
