I bought this because I needed vitamins. It provides enough for my daily intake and I haven't experienced any particular issues with it. At first, I carelessly dumped it in my mouth without thinking and was shocked by how strong it was. I assumed it would be similar to brand O, but I should have checked the instructions first. I used to only take vitamin C in pill form, but I recently tried the powder version and found it really convenient! The only downside is that the price isn't actually that affordable unless there's a sale going on. If you're sensitive to strong tastes, be careful with this one—it's quite intense and potent. I mix it in when having raw fish and drink it together. It's really easy to take without feeling like a burden. The price is reasonable and there's nothing disappointing about it. I've been using this product for a while now, and I'm so happy I found it at such a great price! It's quite strong and a bit challenging to use on its own, to be honest. I'd recommend diluting it with water before applying.

It's great that I can easily get my vitamins in. It does the job perfectly. The sour taste is pretty strong, so if you're not a fan of sour flavors, you probably won't enjoy this.

I like to take breaks from using it occasionally to prevent my skin from building up a tolerance, and I find that approach works even better for me.
