The mild, pH-balanced formula is so gentle and doesn't leave my skin feeling tight or dry—it keeps everything hydrated and comfortable. Plus, I absolutely love the scent, and you get a generous amount of product for your money. Because it's so gentle, the cleansing power isn't as strong as I'd hoped. On days when I'm wearing makeup, I really need to do a double cleanse to feel confident it's all coming off. It doesn't give me that deep, squeaky-clean feeling I'm looking for.

I have dry skin and used to only use Sulwhasoo cleansing products, but this one offers great value for the amount you get. The lather is fantastic, it removes makeup beautifully, and my skin doesn't feel tight after cleansing. I'm definitely making this my go-to product. I'd recommend it without hesitation. I wish there was a travel-size option available. It's inconvenient to decant it into a smaller container when I'm on the go. When I occasionally mix it with a powder-type cleanser and massage it gently onto my skin, it helps exfoliate dead skin cells and leaves my complexion looking brighter and clearer.

I choose my skincare basics on four criteria: First, calming redness and reducing flushing Second, hydration for dehydrated skin Third, smoothing texture and minimizing pores Fourth, controlling excess oil and preventing breakouts I usually go with recommended foundations, but I can't live without this cleansing foam and the deep pore gel. I use it as my first cleanse in the morning, and my skin feels hydrated even after washing. When I had psoriasis on my body, I even used it instead of body wash. Since it's pH-balanced, my skin doesn't feel tight or squeaky after cleansing. When I'm wearing makeup, I do a first cleanse with the same brand's cleansing milk, then use this as my second cleanse. It's gentle and leaves my skin feeling soft and moisturized. I honestly can't remember how many years I've been using only this product. Price-wise, it's not expensive for the amount you get, but since it's for your face, I wouldn't push it on everyone to try. That said, it's been a great gift for housewarming or birthdays. I'm someone who usually just gives cash when I'm stuck on gift ideas. My esthetician recommended this when my skin was acting up, and I'm so happy with it! Even though my skin gets red easily with the slightest irritation, this cleanser works beautifully without any harshness at all. The finish is quite moisturizing, so during summer I do find myself occasionally reaching for a cleansing foam with more of a squeaky-clean feel instead.
