A little goes a long way with this one - my skin feels tacky and has that glossy finish. Honestly, at this price point, I'd probably just grab a different toner instead. While rosacea can't be completely cured, this has transformed my troubled skin from the past two years into something that looks and feels normal again. I'm so grateful! The Sante toner does feel a bit sticky if you use it as a regular exfoliating toner or clay mask. But here's the game-changer: pump it into a foaming bottle and it becomes absolutely amazing! Grab a foaming dispenser from Sante, Olive Young, or Daiso and try it as a foaming toner. You won't regret it! Based on my skin's moisture needs, I apply it twice during winter and just once during the other seasons, and my skin stays beautifully hydrated through the toner step. I'm really satisfied with using hydration-focused skincare that keeps my skin feeling dewy and moisturized. I switch between a lighter toner in summer and a richer toner during fall and winter. If azulene works well for your skin type, you'll definitely be happy with this product. No downsides at all. I didn't experience any breakouts, and it doesn't clog my pores, which is exactly what I was looking for.
