This absorbs beautifully and really calmed down my redness! Everyone says the scent is super strong, but honestly I barely notice it. I really can't think of anything negative to say about this. I'm honestly not sure what else could be improved. This is perfect if you have very dry skin. And if you have oily skin, don't worry! The formula is so lightweight that you can just use a little less and it works great.

Creams have never really worked for me, so they honestly didn't play a major role in my skincare routine. When winter came around, I needed a new cream urgently because my skin was so dry, so I just grabbed something affordable without thinking much about it, and it turned out to be this one!! Seriously... when I first applied it in winter, I was worried it would feel dry, but the finish is so clean and refined. Compared to most other creams, the dryness I feel over time is noticeably less intense. And I'm not sure if it's because of the cica ingredient, but my skin is naturally acne-prone and I've never seen improvement before, yet these stubborn breakouts have calmed down so much and visibly reduced. Especially on days when my skin feels sensitive, this doesn't irritate it at all, so I'm using it every single day as part of my daily routine!! I personally think the fragrance is fine, but my sister found it too strong, so if you have sensitive skin or are fragrance-sensitive, you might want to keep that in mind! When applying it for the first time, if you use too much, it does absorb, but it takes a bit of time. I have atopic skin with a sensitivity index over 20,000 - a fun combination of atopic, sensitive, and dry skin all rolled into one. I tried every brand that's supposedly safe enough for babies, but kept running into issues like poor absorption or sudden allergic reactions and stinging. After searching online, I discovered Doctor Ato Double Linolene Calming Emulsion for Itchy Skin, and I've been using it alongside their other emulsion. I apply the calming emulsion like a cream over the lighter emulsion, and together they transform my desert-like complexion into something incredibly soft and plump. The key is applying the calming emulsion first for the best results. The cica emulsion works fine on my hands and body, but on my face alone it causes some stinging, so I always use them together. The scent is wonderfully subtle - I'm someone who finds Johnson's Baby products too fragrant, and I literally can't focus for 20 minutes if someone walks past me wearing strong perfume, so this gentle, forest-like aroma is absolutely perfect for me. You need to use this with other skincare products - applying it alone on the face caused some stinging for me. The irritation fades quickly, but it lasted about 5 minutes for my skin. This product truly delivers on every front - the application is smooth, it absorbs beautifully, and the moisturizing power is outstanding. The scent is lovely, and instead of feeling heavy or thick, it has a soft, lightweight texture that makes it easy for kids to apply on their own. The hydration is so effective that children who used to get irritated and itchy from even slight dryness now have skin that feels incredibly soft and supple, with that perfect dewy, baby-soft quality. While the fragrance is absolutely wonderful, it unfortunately contains artificial fragrance compounds that raise some concerns. Over the years I've been using this, I've repeatedly requested a pump dispenser option and a larger size, but unfortunately nothing has changed. The current tube dispenser is problematic because kids end up squeezing out way too much product at once, and it's actually difficult for them to control the amount they're dispensing on their own.

After using this product, I noticed a significant reduction in small bumps and blackheads. I really appreciated how my skin felt smooth and clean when I woke up, with no greasy residue left behind.
