I use this once or twice a week as part of my scalp care routine. After shampooing with dandruff shampoo, I spray it evenly across my scalp and massage it in thoroughly, then rinse after 10-20 minutes. It really helps with flaking, reduces irritation and inflammation, soothes itching, and eliminates odor. When my scalp feels tight and itchy, this gives such an amazing cooling sensation! It's quite pricey, which is tough on the budget. I have to be really careful with it, so I only use it once a week on my crown area to help prevent hair loss. I'd love to use it every day because it feels so refreshing, but I have to ration it. I apply the scalp cleanser first, then layer on the hair treatment and let them work together before rinsing everything out.
