I'd definitely recommend this for dry skin! Since it's a primer serum, it feels so hydrating and the sun protection works really well. Plus, my makeup applies beautifully and lasts all day when I use this! That said, this product doesn't seem to have any brightening effect at all! But honestly, it still works fine for makeup application, so if you're looking for something without that tone-lifting effect, this is a great pick!
