My routine: Gentle pH-balanced body cleanser (Illiyoon Top to Toe) - Lush body conditioner (Rose Argan in fall and winter, Tingle in summer) - Lightweight body emulsion (Le Labo Ténuoa body emulsion or Aloe) About me... - I don't usually invest as much in body care compared to my skincare routine. - I've been working out recently and unfortunately my back breakouts have returned. - Since I was already using Illiyoon's body wash which is also pH-balanced, I was curious to see how this one would compare, so I decided to give it a try. Advantages compared to Illiyoon: 1. Creates a really nice lather. 2. Smells amazing. It has this slightly woody, fresh forest-like scent. 3. My breakouts have calmed down significantly. Photo 1 shows the before state. Photo 2 is right after using it on day one, but the image is too zoomed in to see clearly. Photo 3 is from day 4, also a bit zoomed in. Photo 4 is from day 6. You can see the gradual improvement, right? The larger breakouts are slowly subsiding. Right now the inflammation has gone down and everything is healing nicely. Downsides: 1. The product opening is really inconvenient. So little product comes out that I ended up just using it without the dispenser. 2. That typical slippery feeling from pH-balanced formulas. The product is non-irritating - While the back acne didn't disappear dramatically, switching to this product seemed to help clear up my back. What really impressed me is that I usually scrub hard with my towel, which leaves my legs and arms red for a while, but this body wash caused absolutely no redness! The scent is absolutely amazing - It has that cozy, comforting spa-like fragrance. Every shower feels like a spa treatment! The scent alone deserves a perfect score! - I'd honestly repurchase just for the scent. The packaging is so beautiful - When I first received it, it felt more like a large-size foam cleanser than a typical body wash, and I love this design! It looks great displayed in the bathroom too.
