Pump dispenser: Yes. Stickiness: It has a slight tackiness compared to a regular toner, but less than a typical essence. Right after application, there's a mild sticky feeling, but as it absorbs, the tackiness almost completely disappears. Apply it multiple times and you'll notice it really tackles that inner dryness. I'd recommend using it as a pack treatment rather than just a spot treatment for even better results! Contains acne-fighting ingredients that really work, and you can see your skin gradually becoming clearer For acne-prone skin, the absorption wasn't great and the finish felt heavy.
