I apply it about once or twice a week, and it really delivers on soothing and cooling benefits. Since I have redness and heat sensitivity in my skin, I absolutely love how refreshed and cooled my complexion feels after using this mask. My skin texture becomes noticeably smoother too, which makes my makeup apply so much better! Since this isn't a disposable single-use mask, you need to prepare a bowl, spoon, and brush beforehand, which can feel like a hassle. There's definitely some prep time involved before you can actually apply it. I'd recommend using about 3 spoonfuls of powder per person mixed with 2 to 3 spoonfuls of water, then gradually add more liquid until you reach the perfect consistency for easy application on your face!
