It's a glossy lip product, but it doesn't feel sticky at all, and the shine is natural rather than heavy-handed, so it looks great even when I wear it on bare lips without any other makeup. On the back of my hand, it shows up as a muted, low-saturation pink, but once I apply it to my lips, it shifts to a red tone. If you love glossy lips, I highly recommend Ecru Mel! The luminous finish is absolutely gorgeous and lasts such a long time. Plus, it has real color payoff, so even the lighter shades have impressive staying power. The Rosy Chill shade is a pink tone I'd suggest for anyone with muted undertones, and it would be perfect for those with lighter skin tones. Even though I have deeper undertones, I use it all the time—though I do notice it has a slightly cool vibe on me. What I really love is the built-in applicator tip that lets you swipe the color on without getting it all over your hands! The packaging is a bit bulky, but honestly, I'm totally happy with this product! The color does deepen a bit from when you first apply it, which is different from the initial shade, but it's way less dramatic than other tints out there, so it's totally fine.
