This photo was taken 9 hours after application with no touch-ups or editing! I finally found my holy grail foundation! Since I have extremely dry skin, my makeup would completely separate if I didn't use a hydrating product. I was searching everywhere for a moisturizing foundation, and I finally found it! This is my second bottle! Now I understand why people invest in premium products like this one! Pros: 1. It's genuinely hydrating and doesn't shift 2. The application is incredibly smooth 3. It gives such a beautiful, natural finish to the skin 4. When it does break down, it looks graceful and blended 5. I barely need to do any touch-ups throughout the day when wearing this! Cons: 1. The coverage is naturally lighter (though honestly, I prioritize hydration over full coverage, so this wasn't really a drawback for me) 2. Since it's a hydrating formula, there's a slight tendency for it to shift or transfer a bit But I think that's just an unavoidable trade-off when you're using a moisturizing product If you apply it with a damp sponge and set it with a fixing spray, you won't need any touch-ups at all! This product is so hydrating that it works wonderfully during dry spells and winter months. The adhesion is fantastic too - no lifting or separation, and it applies in a thin, seamless layer. My skin tone is on the warmer, deeper side, and the shade match is absolutely perfect for me. The downside is definitely the price point. It's quite expensive, which is disappointing. Since it applies so sheer, the coverage isn't as strong as I'd hoped. I used to wear Double Wear, and someone recommended this product to me because it's more hydrating for dry skin. I decided to try it, and I'm really happy with it! My skin definitely looks less parched and feels so much more moisturized. Since I was used to Double Wear, which has such strong coverage, this one feels a bit less powerful in comparison. That said, I'm still satisfied with it. After I apply this foundation, I use a concealer on any spots where the coverage feels a little light, then I gently tap it in with a sponge. That really boosts the overall coverage and makes everything look more flawless.
