If your makeup fades by afternoon, I'd suggest the Cool Vanilla shade in 21 for your skin tone. It's slightly lighter, so there might be a slight difference with my neck tone, but since my personal color is cool-toned summer light, I tend to apply lighter shades with peachy undertones to my under-eye area and cheeks. This makes my overall complexion look better when I go half a shade lighter with my base. I've never finished an entire bottle of drugstore foundation before, but I've gone through two bottles of this exact product.
