I think the best part is that you can apply shading and it still looks natural and seamless, without appearing obvious. This is the contouring product I've been using the longest out of everything I've tried over the past two years! It has minimal fallout and creates such natural-looking shadows that it actually defines my bridge and jawline like they were never there before. The shade isn't too intense, so even beginners can use it without feeling overwhelmed, and it blends beautifully for a seamless finish. What really gets me is how it works for nose contouring—it adds serious dimension without looking obvious at all. Honestly, it makes me wonder if my face was always this sculpted! The way it brings out my natural contours is absolutely stunning. The texture is a bit fragile, so you have to be careful when carrying it around. I've been using this for over 2 years now, and I really appreciate how the eyeshadow has a subtle, buildable formula. It's not too intense, which is perfect for me. I love how easy it is to create dimension and depth exactly as described in the instructions. The packaging is quite bulky, so it's a bit inconvenient to carry around in my makeup bag. I'm still absolutely loving Etude shading. It's so good. I really recommend it for beginners. The subtle color payoff is both a pro and a con. I've tried cool-toned contour products from other brands, but they always came with three shades stuck together, which made it impossible to use just one color. Plus, they'd always break right when I needed them most. I love that this one has separate compartments! I mix the upper and lower shades for jawline contouring, and I use just the top shade for nose contouring, and it works beautifully! When I pick up the top shade with a thin brush and apply it to my under-eye area, it looks so natural and effortless. Here's the thing though—if there's no sale, it's a bit pricey. I'm a teenage girl with a complex light undertone and cool skin tone. This is my first contouring product, and I have to say it's amazing. Other contours either apply too sheer or get progressively darker and look unnatural, but this one feels so natural. It worked beautifully on my jawline, nose, and everywhere I applied it. It's the kind of contour that keeps your face looking balanced and dimensional instead of floating. I wish this came in a matte finish option. This works beautifully for everyone, no matter your skin tone! It looks so natural and gorgeous. I really can't think of anything I didn't like about it! It lasts a long time and I'm really happy with how great it performs.

The color tone is genuinely neutral without any yellow undertones whatsoever. If you're searching for a cool-toned contour without yellow cast, I highly recommend this. 2. There's barely any powder fallout. Normally with powder products, some fallout is expected, but this one has significantly less compared to other brands. 3. The two-shade formula is perfect for beginners who are just starting out with contouring. 4. The included brush is seriously high quality. I love it so much that I've actually considered buying it separately from other retailers! Disadvantages 1. If you're experienced with contouring, you might find it limiting since there are only two shades available. 2. The colors are so natural-looking that if you prefer a more dramatic, intense look, this might not be for you. 3. The color payoff isn't as strong as I'd hoped. Sometimes I'm unsure if it's actually showing up or not. Final Thoughts Honestly, there aren't really any major drawbacks. I'd definitely recommend this for a fresh, no-makeup makeup look or a clean girl aesthetic.
