Having multiple lip liners makes it hard to tell them apart. I'm not sure if it's because of the white cast, but there's some tugging when I apply it. When I checked the official website, it showed as nude beige, but once I swatched it, I noticed it has a subtle purple undertone with a cool-toned base. Since it has a velvet finish, it doesn't emphasize lip texture as much and gives that blurred, soft-focus effect. The case has also gotten a major upgrade from that old-fashioned princess vibe to a more sophisticated rose gold, making it look really luxe. For the price point, it doesn't look cheap at all. The color selection is absolutely gorgeous, and there's such a wide variety to choose from. Even though it has warm undertones, it blends beautifully with my skin. The application is smooth and lightweight, so I'm really happy with how it performs. What matters most isn't just the color itself, but how well the lipstick actually stays on your lips and keeps them looking fresh. Unfortunately, I noticed some flaking on dry patches, and the color settled into fine lines around my lips. The inner part of my lips also faded a bit faster than I'd like. I'm surprised because most velvet lip products nowadays don't usually have this issue. Make sure to apply a lip treatment and prep your lips before bed and before applying the lipstick.
