This lipstick has a gorgeous red shade with just a hint of pink to it. When you open the cap, you get this beautiful matte lipstick with such a luxurious-looking body and color. It feels really premium! I also love how the magnetic closure snaps shut so satisfyingly! I'm usually not a fan of matte lipsticks since I prefer more hydrating formulas, and this one just didn't work for me. No matter what I tried—exfoliating my lips, applying lip balm beforehand—it just wouldn't apply smoothly on my lips. Plus, the shade didn't really complement my skin tone either. The color is a vibrant, matte red with just a hint of shimmer that looks surprisingly subtle and natural when applied to the lips. The case feels flimsy and loose. The design is pretty generic - just your typical pink-red shade you'd find at any drugstore. The color is absolutely gorgeous! I was in such a rush and didn't have time to think it through, but I'm so glad I picked this shade. It's even prettier than I expected! This lip product won't apply smoothly without a lip balm underneath, and my lips are really dry right now. I'm disappointed because I can't get a nice finish. Here's my tip: apply a generous amount of lip balm first, then go do something else for a few minutes. Gently tap your lips to help it set, and then apply the lip product on top. The color payoff is amazing and the shade is absolutely gorgeous. I'm obsessed with it! Honestly, I can't think of any downsides. It's pretty much perfect.

I bought this right after seeing my favorite YouTuber Zheng Yu apply it so beautifully in her makeup tutorial, and I absolutely love the color! Since I struggle with breakouts and can't wear makeup often, whenever I do get the chance to do my makeup, I'd say I reach for this lipstick about 4 out of every 10 times! The color is quite bold and bright with a really saturated finish, so it feels a bit much to wear on bare skin without any base makeup. It's not an intense bright red, so I think anyone can wear it beautifully. The case has a magnetic closure too! The fragrance is absolutely lovely! The staying power isn't the best, so I find myself reapplying it multiple times throughout the day. The staying power feels a bit weak, to be honest. There's this slight wobbling sensation when I apply it, which is kind of disappointing. I'm not usually drawn to matte finishes, so this isn't my go-to product, but I have to say the color itself is really beautiful!
