I've been using this since June 2025. At first, it dispenses quite a lot, so you'll need to control the amount carefully. After using it for a bit, it starts coming out at just the right amount on its own, so you might not even need to adjust it anymore. I absolutely love how it lengthens my lashes beautifully. When I apply it to my lashes, there's no brown tone at all—it's pure gray. It's supposed to be gray-brown, but when you actually apply it, it comes out gray. After a few months of use, no matter how well it clumps and applies, my lashes end up scattered and messy-looking. I wouldn't recommend this for people with a lot of eye movement. I'm not sure if other mascaras do this too, but with this one, even if you use an eyelash curler, mascara, and mascara setting spray religiously, it still flakes and smudges throughout the day—I have to re-curl my lashes every 30 minutes. If you apply the mascara setting spray generously and generously, the wear time is really impressive.

The staying power is absolutely incredible! It lasts for 2-3 days, which is amazing. The texture is so soft and jelly-like, and the curl hold is seriously fantastic! The color payoff is so strong that even after cleansing twice, it's really difficult to remove completely. The mascara wand is delicate and the color is beautifully neutral without any yellow or red undertones. The formula is absolutely perfect for building up and separating lashes without clumping. I might not be the most skilled with makeup application, but I honestly can't see what makes this special. The color is absolutely gorgeous. It applies beautifully with a nice, gradual lift that doesn't look overdone. The more layers you add, the more it tends to clump and lose that pretty finish. The ingredients seem really solid. But honestly, I regretted buying this the moment I applied it... so I immediately ordered the black version from the online store instead. I chose the gray brown because I have warm undertones and thought a lighter shade would suit me better. But it's way too light. I didn't notice it at first application. It went on smoothly enough, and while the brush is on the thicker side, I thought it was fine. Right after applying, my brows looked darker and lifted nicely. But when I checked later, as it set, it turned this grayish-brownish color? It hardened like an elderly person's brows, and I was shocked! Instead of looking natural and pretty, it became unnatural, strange, and washed out. I really regretted not just sticking with black like I usually do... Then the black version I ordered arrived, and that one was great! If you're not going for a really unique makeup look, I'd definitely recommend going with the black. Oh, and the brush is pretty thick, so it's easy to get product on the surrounding skin when applying. The mascara formula also transfers a lot from the brush, so you have to be careful not to drop it. After using it for a week, I'm really impressed with how it doesn't smudge at all and sets instantly. You definitely need to use a remover to take it off. I always cleanse thoroughly with cleansing oil and foam cleanser, but I still notice some residue left behind. It was a bit annoying to deal with. The product itself performs really well with no issues. The price point is also quite reasonable, not expensive at all. This was my first time trying a brown mascara, and after wearing it for a while, the color started looking like it was clumping together with dried residue around my lashes. It looked pretty unpleasant, so I only used it once before tossing it.
