The color payoff is absolutely fantastic, and the staying power is incredible! I also love that it has both a highlighter and an under-eye brightener in one, so I don't need to carry multiple products around. It's so convenient to just grab this one compact! The glitter cap opens smoothly, which is great because sometimes my makeup bag gets a little sparkly situation going on, but the highlighter has a twist-top design that keeps everything secure and contained. I really appreciate that attention to detail! This one product makes it so easy to create that cute under-eye highlight effect - super convenient. You can apply subtle shadow beautifully, and the shimmer accent on top is just perfect. Sometimes the shadow doesn't blend as naturally as shown in the photos above. The pearl finish is absolutely gorgeous, and I love the shade options too. If you're skilled with makeup application, you'll definitely find this product really useful. I tend to do bold eye makeup, but I don't usually work with pearl finishes, so I didn't end up using the pearl effect much. The shading was tricky to control, honestly. I finally have under-eye shimmer and it looks absolutely gorgeous! My eyes are so sparkly, but if you're worried it might be too much, don't be—it's just beautiful. The pearl is subtle and this product is honestly a game-changer. I have zero regrets. The liner applies so smoothly, and it even creates that flattering under-eye definition where there wasn't any before. I'm seriously obsessed! You all need to grab this right now! It doesn't work for me. The liner is so thin that I'm worried it'll break easily. My heart sinks just thinking about it! Your eyes look twice as big! This is what actually happens to your eyes. You might not notice it just from before-and-after photos, but when I applied it to only one eye for comparison, the difference was so dramatic that I had to capture it. I really did use Etude and my eyes literally doubled in size. To show you this isn't an exaggeration, I'm attaching photos of the Etude Under Eye Maker applied to just one eye, both eyes, and a bare-faced shot so you can see the real transformation. There really aren't any downsides. I just use it casually. With one product, you get both shimmer and shading options, so there's honestly nothing bad about it. Hmm, well, the Etude Under Eye Maker comes in multiple shades and they all look so good that it might be hard to decide which one to pick, but that's really the only thing I could call a drawback. Here's a personal tip: take the darker shade from the bottom and gently apply it to the back corner of your eye for shading, then tap the shimmer shade right at the inner corner of your eye. I've been using this product consistently from high school through my senior year of college, and it's been incredibly helpful. It's especially great for makeup beginners who struggle with getting the right amount of product. If you have warm undertones, this is absolutely perfect for you. The shimmer does have a bit of a powdery feel, but honestly, for someone like me who doesn't mind subtle effects, it's totally satisfying to use. The shimmer and contour sections separated unexpectedly during use, though I'll admit that was partly my fault for applying too much pressure. I'd recommend being gentle when using it. This was the first product I bought when I discovered under-eye highlighting in makeup, and it turned out to be so much better than I expected that I've repurchased it about 3 to 4 times now. The staying power is incredible and it doesn't smudge or fade even when you rub it. Since it has a slightly deeper tone, I think it might be too bold for school, but it's perfect for going out and having fun. Definitely recommend it! Could you lower the price a bit? The color payoff turned out better than I expected, and I really love how convenient it is to touch up my makeup on the go. The main issue is that it breaks really easily. Once it snaps, I can't figure out if the product inside is ruined or what, but I just can't use it anymore. Sure, it's portable, but the fact that it breaks so easily makes me hesitant to recommend it.
