This product is wonderfully clean and minimal. I love that it has fewer ingredients, and it spreads so smoothly across the skin. Whenever my complexion feels compromised or irritated, I apply a generous amount of this, and my skin looks noticeably better the very next day. Beyond its soothing properties, I don't really see a compelling reason to choose this product over others. I usually can't use most moisturizers or emulsions, but this is the one product that actually works for me. Sure, it's not intensely hydrating, but honestly, having slightly drier skin is so much better than dealing with breakouts on my face! I've tried quite a few repair creams over the years, and many of them had this heavy, stuffy smell that I couldn't stand. This one has absolutely no fragrance at all. Pilling is really disappointing. I have to be honest - this product pills quite a bit, which means I can't apply makeup over it at all. I wish this line offered a daytime version that doesn't pill, so I could use it throughout the day. It works best when used on its own without mixing it with other products. I saw YouTuber Lamuque review this and decided to grab it. I'm totally sticking with it now! It goes on smoothly without any sticky residue, and it's so easy to apply. I'm not really sure if the repair benefits are actually working. I've been searching for a different foundation because my skin keeps getting tight, dry, and bumpy. I think the squalane ingredient just isn't working for me. This is perfect for sensitive skin types. If you're someone whose skin reacts to everything and gets easily irritated, it's definitely worth trying. I have combination skin with acne and sensitivity, and summer was really tough on me. I learned that simple, minimal ingredient formulas work best for reactive skin like mine. Just so you know, my skin doesn't get along with centella asiatica, hyaluronic acid, oils, or any botanical extracts. If you have oily skin, this will be ideal for you. If you have dry skin, though, it might feel too dry. The size is tiny for the price. You can't see how much product is left in the bottle.
